Designed to work in harsh environments and in extreme conditions in particular dust and severe weather.

Measurement
Physical measurements, directly built-in and/or via external sensors to access tricky spaces. Non-intrusive monitoring in real-time on machines of any age/model.
Monitor
Environmental monitoring around the device (temperature, humidity, sounds). Certified for hazardous environment and extreme conditions.
Anomaly detection
Monitoring of a machine drift from an initial learning phase (digital fingerprint). The drift detection happens far earlier than on other technologies making our solution UNIQUE!
Transfer
Autonomous and secure data transfer through a LoRa gateway. LoRaWAN allows long range, secured and encrypted transmissions with low power consumption for IOT.
Storage
Unlimited on cloud and server data storage. On-cloud, or on-premise giving it maximum FLEXIBILITY, SECURITY & FUTURE PROOFING for your clients.
Why should you choose them?
Thanks to algorithmic innovations, Asystom beacons are able to process large amounts of complex data and transfer them in real time.
The beacon integrates a multitude of physical parameters (up to 9) to predict industrial equipment failures and determine their causes.
Incorporating on-board, connected, energy-efficient electronics (with autonomy of over 10 years), these beacons are capable of performing in situ treatments.
